Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern any order placed with us, written against UK consumer law.

Last reviewed 2026-08-10 · Stroid UK Shop · London N22 8QW

These terms govern your use of stroidukshop.co.uk and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

Who you are contracting with

This site is operated by Stroid UK Shop (“we”, “us”). Our postal address is Maxwell House, Palmerston Road, London N22 8QW, United Kingdom and our contact address for all correspondence is info@stroidukshop.co.uk.

Age restriction

You must be 18 or over to order from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are. If we have reason to believe an order was placed by someone under 18 we will cancel it and refund it in full.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement email confirms we have received that offer; it is not acceptance. A contract exists only when we send an email confirming dispatch.

We may decline any order. Reasons include the item being unavailable, a pricing or description error, a failed identity or age check, or an address we cannot ship to. Where we decline after payment has been taken, we refund in full.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page. We take care to price accurately, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel, and we will refund you in full if you cancel.

Products, descriptions and what we do not do

Product descriptions are provided for information. They are not medical advice and do not constitute a recommendation to use any compound. We do not advise on dosing, cycles, stacking or suitability — see our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Several categories we stock are prescription-only medicines or controlled drugs under UK law. It is your responsibility to understand the legal position that applies to you.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the sealed-goods exemption in regulation 28(3) which applies to products of this kind once a seal is broken. Full detail, and how to exercise the right, is in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Delivery

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Until the goods reach you they remain our responsibility, so a parcel lost in transit is resent or refunded. Delivery timescales are estimates rather than guarantees unless we have stated otherwise in writing.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

We are not liable for any consequence of using a product in a way that is unlawful, contrary to medical advice, or outside what the product is licensed for where it is a licensed medicine.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control. Where such an event materially affects an order we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a full refund for anything not yet dispatched.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, our Complaints Procedure sets out how to raise it and what happens next.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
