Scroll the Pharmacom Labs range and you will see the same product twice: Pharma TEST 100 and Pharma TEST 100 Ampoules, Pharma STAN 50 and Pharma STAN 50 Ampoules. These are not duplicate listings or an error. They are two different containers for the same compound, and the choice between them has real practical consequences.
Vial versus ampoule
| Multi-dose vial | Glass ampoule | |
|---|---|---|
| Doses per unit | Many | One |
| Contamination risk | Rises with each entry | Effectively none |
| Preservative | Usually contains one | Often none needed |
| Waste | Low | Higher — unused remainder is discarded |
| Counterfeit difficulty | Easier to fake | Harder — sealing glass is non-trivial |
A vial is entered repeatedly with a needle. Each entry is an opportunity for contamination, and the stopper degrades with use. An ampoule is opened once and used. That makes ampoules the safer format on sterility grounds and the more wasteful one if the dose does not match the volume.
The counterfeit point is worth noting: sealing a glass ampoule convincingly is harder than crimping a cap onto a vial, so ampoules are marginally harder to fake. That is a weak signal, not a guarantee — see how to check a brand is genuine.
Which to choose
- Ampoules if your dose matches the ampoule volume, or you are using a compound infrequently and a vial would sit part-used for weeks.
- Vials if you are dosing frequently in amounts smaller than an ampoule, where the waste would be substantial.
Pricing is close: Pharma TEST 100 is £39 either way; Pharma STAN 50 is £42 as a vial and £48 as ampoules. You are paying a small premium for the format, not for a different product.
The numbered blends
Pharmacom lists several Pharma Mix products — Mix 4 at £53 and Mix 6 at £54, with Mix 3 currently unpriced and unorderable, which is a fault on our side we are correcting. The number identifies the blend formula, not the strength or the component count.
Blends trade control for convenience. You cannot titrate one component independently, and if something disagrees with you it is harder to identify which part. Single-compound products are the better starting point.
Reading the rest of the range
The Pharma prefix is universal; what follows identifies the compound. PHARMA TEST (testosterone, with PH/E/C marking the ester), PHARMA STAN (stanozolol), PHARMA TREN (trenbolone), PHARMA NAN (nandrolone), PHARMA BOL (boldenone), PHARMADRO (drostanolone), PHARMA OXY (oxymetholone). Orals drop the prefix: Dianabolos, Turinabolos, Oxandrolonos, Stanos, Tiros.

Frequently asked questions
Are Pharmacom ampoules better quality than the vials?
Same product, different container. Ampoules carry lower contamination risk because they are opened once; that is a handling advantage, not a manufacturing one.
Why does Pharma Mix 3 have no price?
A broken listing on our side. It is in stock — contact us and we will price it manually while we fix it.
What does PH mean in PHARMA TEST PH100?
The ester — phenylpropionate. E is enanthate, C cypionate, P propionate. The number is mg/ml.
