Where we are

Maxwell House
Palmerston Road

This is our registered postal address. Please do not send returns here without emailing first — see the Refund and Returns Policy, which sets out how returns are handled.

Before you contact us

These are the questions we are asked most often, and the answers are already written up:

  • Where is my order? — see delivery timings on our Customer Help page
  • I want to return something — read the Refund and Returns Policy first, then email us with your order number. Please do not post anything back before contacting us.
  • Something arrived damaged or wrong — email us within 30 days with your order number and a photograph of the item and its packaging. We cover the return postage.
  • What data do you hold on me? — see our Privacy Policy, or email us to request a copy

What to include

You will get a faster and more useful answer if your first message includes:

  1. Your order number
  2. The email address you ordered with, if different from the one you are writing from
  3. What you expected, and what actually happened
  4. A photograph, if the problem is physical — damage, a wrong item, or packaging

A note on what we can and cannot help with

We can help with anything to do with your order: delivery, payment, returns, refunds and product information. We cannot give medical advice, recommend a dose, or tell you whether a compound is appropriate for you. That is a conversation for a qualified clinician, and we would be doing you a disservice by pretending otherwise.

If you are worried about a reaction or a side effect, contact a medical professional. In an emergency in the UK, call 999. For urgent but non-emergency advice, call NHS 111.
